摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe celestial objects difficult to be viewed by a conventional telescope in detail without use of a probe vehicle, and find, analyze and observe every object drifting in a space in detail regardless of its size, distance and time. <P>SOLUTION: The proposed invention is a scanning telescope system for finding/observing the object of a non-fixed star system in detail. A principle is based on a scanning microscope (SEM). The object existing in the space is scanned by emitting a radiation ray (an X ray and a radio wave) to the space and receiving its reflection ray. Although a conventional radar uses a substantially corresponding principle, there is a significant difference between independence of distance, size and time in the outer space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
