PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable health instrument capable of actively facilitating the removal of the waste accumulated in lymph vessels from outside, and actively facilitating the flow of the waste accumulated in the lymph vessels. SOLUTION: The health instrument is composed of a flat base plate 2 and a projecting member 3 erected on the base plate 2. An abutting face part 6 with prescribed thickness and width with an upper surface circularly continued is formed in the projecting member 3. The projecting member 3 is moved to scrape the waste off in the periphery while pressing the region where the waste is accumulated with the abutting face part 6, and can give stimulation (scratching stimulation) to the region.
