<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound machine, capable of being provided with an indicating lamp for informing a user of an incoming call, on an operation display unit and informing the user, located apart from the compound machine of the incoming call. <P>SOLUTION: A compound machine provided with an operation display unit is provided with an indicating lamp for informing the user of incoming call, on the operation display unit. The operation display unit is attached to the body of the compound machine freely changeably, at a first position at which the display surface is directed substantially upward or at a second position at which the display surface is directed substantially forward.
