<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillating piece for realizing stable bending oscillation when miniaturizing it, and for reducing a CI value, and also to provide a piezoelectric device using this piezoelectric oscillating piece. <P>SOLUTION: This piezoelectric device is provided with: a base part 51 formed of piezoelectric materials; a plurality of oscillating arms 35 and 36 formed integrally with the base point, and extended in parallel with each other and long grooves 33 and 34 formed along the longitudinal direction of each oscillating arm; and electrodes for driving formed in the long grooves. The width dimension of each oscillating arm is gradually shortened from the base part side to the top end side, and a change point P of width change where the width dimension changes to increase is present on the top end side, and the change pint P is positioned on the arm top end side from the top end side part of the long groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
