PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case which has a locking mechanism for preventing a lid from being opened even when vibration or the like occurs during delivery, and at the same time, by which a required CD can immediately be taken out by checking characters on the side surface by making characters or the like printable by providing a thickness on the side surface of the case. SOLUTION: This case made of a printable raw material sheet comprises a case main body and a lid surface which continues from the case main body. The case has a fastening piece, a lid tongue piece, and an intrusion port. In this case, the fastening piece is formed by cut-raising and bending a part of the case main body surface to the internal side of the case main body. The lid tongue piece is formed by bending a part of the lid surface to the external side of the case main body. The intrusion port makes the fastening piece and the lid tongue piece engaged by sliding the lid tongue piece from the folding line side of the fastening piece to the distal end side of the fastening piece, on the inside of the case.
