<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system capable of scheduling jobs so as to concurrently carry out processes in the post processing to improve the operational efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming system is constituted of an image forming device for sequentially forming images according to image forming jobs relating to sequentially input post processes and a sheet post-processing device for concurrently carrying out a plurality of post processes. The image forming system further comprises a storing means for storing a plurality of image forming jobs relating to the sequentially input post processes, a determination means for determining whether or not there are jobs that can be concurrently carried out in the plurality of jobs stored in the storing means, and a controlling means for controlling an operation start timing in the forming of images in the concurrently processable jobs in the plurality of jobs when it is determined by the determination means that there are concurrently processable jobs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
