A shoes insole is provided to reduce pain from continuous stimulating the dented part of foot by pressing transiently only when the pumping part is pressurized, to supply finger pressure effect to the whole part of foot by rising movement of the rising part, to allow removing of foot smell and improving of blood circulation by included components such as jade, ceramic and tourmaline, and to allow repeated stimulating of finger pressuring points by the rising part. The shoes insole with finger pressure effect including pumping part and rising part for stimulating different parts of foot according to movement comprises: a body part(110) with hollow shape; multiple finger pressuring projections(130); a pumping part(150) formed on the heel side of the body part(110), which operates by user's weight; rising parts(120,140) formed between front and middle parts of the insole(100); multiple pressuring jade balls(122,142) incorporated to the rising parts(120,140); supporting projections formed on the lower side of rising parts(120,140). When the pumping part(150) operates by user's weight, a fluid within the lower side of the pumping part(150) moves by compulsion to the rising parts(120,140).
