A massage device is provided to maximize massaging effects by performing various skin massages in a state that blood circulation is facilitated through stimulation of blood vessels by expanding a user's skin. The massage device includes a pressure device(20), a cool and hot unit and a body(10). The pressure device(20) gives pressure to a user's skin with suction force of air to expand user's skin. The cool and hot unit is installed at the inside of the pressure device(20), and gives cool and hot massage to the skin expanded by the external pressure. The body(10) is connected to the pressure device(20) and the cool and hot unit to control the functions of the pressure device(20) and the cool and hot unit. The pressure device is connected through an air hose.
