PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide distribution information registration technology for making it unnecessary for a service provider side to store information to be distributed by associating it with taste information of a user in an information distribution system for distributing information matched with the taste of the user.

SOLUTION: A content reproducing device 100 is provided with a viewing and listening history generation part 212 for acquiring and storing the program of a user and the viewing and listening history of a WWW site, an SIP address exchange control part 215 for exchanging and storing the list of the SIP address of the content reproduction device whose viewing and listening history is similar to that of another content reproduction device 100, and an RSS registration control part 205 for exchanging the list of the URL of the RSS by communicating with the content reproduction device whose viewing and listening is similar, and for updating the URL list of the RSS of an RSS list storage part 206.
