PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire noise absorbing structure with superior durability. SOLUTION: This tire noise absorbing structure 1 is arranged along an inner wall 22a of an inner liner 22 of a tire 2, and made of a noise absorbing material formed in a ring shape. A plurality of cutouts 11 along a direction crossing with a peripheral direction and diagonally cut from an inner peripheral side toward an outer peripheral side are provided on the inner peripheral side of the noise absorbing material.
