PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a cast polymerization operation by dropping the viscosity of a composition for resin using an inorganic compound having sulfur and/or selenium atoms. SOLUTION: The composition for resin comprises (a) 1-50 pt(s).wt. of the inorganic compound having sulfur and/or selenium atoms, (b) 50-99 pts.wt. of a compound of the formula (1) (wherein, m is an integer of 0-4; and n is an integer of 0-2) and (c) 1-20 pt(s).wt. of a compound having one SH group.
