PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform wiring work for electrically connecting a hydraulic controller controlling a motor for rotating and driving a hydraulic pump and hydraulic fluid, and an external control device. SOLUTION: The motor 4 for rotating and driving the hydraulic pump 5 and the solenoid switch valve 13 are electrically connected with an external control device by a control board 19, and the control board 19 has a power wiring connector 21A for detachably mounting power wiring 21 for allowing electric current to flow to the motor 4 from the external control device, a control wiring connector 22A for detachably mounting control wiring 22 for allowing electric current to flow from the external control device to the solenoid switch valve 13, and a signal wiring connector 23A for detachably mounting signal wiring 23 for allowing a signal for energizing and non-energizing the solenoid switch valve 13 from the external control device.
