PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises by attaching a noise insulating material to almost all inner wall of a casing and attaching a nose insulating material to at least one face of an intermediate supporting rack of the casing. SOLUTION: This low noise fan device for a blower comprises the casing 1 having an air inlet and an air outlet and including the blower having an impeller 7 and a motor 8, a blow-out space under the air outlet of the blower, and a blow-out nozzle 5 opening through the blow-out space to the outside of the casing. The noise insulating material is attached to almost all inner wall of the casing 1, the noise insulating material is attached to one face of the intermediate supporting rack of the casing, and a baffle is provided at a slight clearance from the blow-out nozzle.
