FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely manufacture of elastic porous non-woven materials, possibly used for making vibration insulators, seals, filters, pressure fluctuation suppressors in any branch of industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming elastic porous metallic base of preliminarily expanded and metered by mass wire helix laid in oriented directions into mat. Central rod is formed by rigid spot jointing of threaded rings with reinforcing laminate corrugated envelope coupling said rings. Blank is formed by winding mat around central rod having pair of threaded rings with needles. Then subjecting prepared blank to cold pressing in press-mold. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of suppressing vibration, improved tension strength of articles. ^ 1 dwg |
