The proposed fiber-optic antenna for infrared radiation range contains a bunch of fiber lightguides having different lengths. The end parts of the lightguides are joined on one side and optically coupled with a photodetector. The other end parts of the lightguides are uniformly arranged along the bunch. The bunch is enclosed with a casing, which ismade of material that provides diffusion scattering of infrared radiation. The proposed antenna is distinctive by its enhanced spatial resolution. |
