The air pumping portion(30) is formed in the body of the sole of shoes, is formed by a push adhesion portion(21) and is filled with air. The air channel portion(40) makes air move from the air pumping portion(30). The support portion(50) is supplied with air by the air channel portion(40) and is filled with air to give pressure to the user's sole.
