A coating liquid coating device, and a manufacturing method of an LCD using the same are provided to uniformly apply a coating liquid by ensuring geometrical uniformity of an interior of a slit nozzle. A slit nozzle(340) includes a nozzle body(341) including an outer body and an inner body that have a controllable interval therebetween, an inlet(346) formed at an upper portion of the nozzle body, in which a coating liquid is introduced, and an outlet(342) formed at a lower portion of the nozzle body, through which the coating layer is applied onto a surface of an object to be processed. A driving unit drives the slit nozzle in a predetermined direction. |
