METHOD FOR HEATING INJECTION MOLDING AND MOLDING APPARATUS THEREOF

A heating type injection-molding method and a device used in the method are provided to remove foreign matters in a cavity and improve thermal stability by injecting high temperature and pressure air to a space between a product in the cavity and a metallic mold before/after injection-molding and to thereby enhance shaping property. A heating type injection-molding device comprises a metallic mold(1); an air injecting unit(5) installed to spray high temperature and pressure air to the inner side of the metallic mold; an air heater(7) providing high temperature and pressure air to the air injecting unit; and a control unit(9) regulating the time point for operating the air injecting unit. The air injecting units are installed on a parting line unit between a lower mold(1b) and an upper mold(1a) of the metallic mold in plurality to be opened/closed so as to spray high pressure and temperature air between the product in a cavity of the metallic mold and the lower mold.
