A multilayered slip resistant fabric structure having locally adhered non-woven fabric band layers is provided to allow uneven friction property, to strengthen the slip resistant property by enhancing surface friction force, to improve the physical property by using properties of non-woven fabrics, and to improve the external appearance. The multilayered slip resistant fabric structure having locally adhered non-woven fabric band layers comprises: a fabric layer(22); an upper coating layer on upside of the fabric layer(22); non-woven fabric band layers(15, 15a~15e) adhered locally on the upside of the coated layer. .
