An LED(Light Emitting Diode) signboard is provided to be freely installed at various places by mounting an infrared receiver to be exposed from the LED signboard. An LED signboard includes an infrared receiver(20), which receives an IR signal from an IR(InfraRed) remote controller and converts the received signal to a digital signal. The infrared receiver controls plural LEDs to display various characters, graphics, symbols, and animations. The infrared receiver is connected to a controller for controlling the LEDs by a wire and installed on the exterior of an LED signboard frame(1). An outer connecting cable, one side of which is connected to the controller, is exposed from the LED signboard frame. The infrared receiver, which is connected to the other side of the outer connecting cable, is separately installed from the LED signboard frame. |
