A device for production of food extruded product with filling comprises an outlet matrix made with storage chamber and extrusion nozzle for extrudate squeezing, separation matrix mounted in front of the outlet matrix and connected to it by means of mounting surfaces, an injector fixed in separation matrix with radial displacement relative to the axis of the device and a feed channel for filling supply connected to the injector. The separation matrix is made in front part with axial mounting rod passed through axial opening made in the outlet matrix. The storage chamber and the extrusion nozzle are made along the injector axis, the feed channel is made in mounting rod of the outlet matrix and connected to the injector with radial by-passage made in the separation matrix. On the back end part of the outlet matrix by-pass recess arranged along the circular arc and joining one arranged along the chord which is perpendicular to the axis of the storage chamber and the extrusion nozzle. The by-pass recess and joining one are connected between each other, to the storage chamber and to the extrusion nozzle.
