Utility model relates to the shipbuilding. Floating platform contains upper carrying part and lower part rigidly connected together and made in the form of pontoons, and anchor gear and ballast. For extension of technological possibilities with respect to video filming, which are performed on carrying surface, floating platform is provided for, at least, with one rigidly fastened to its upper or lower part means for arrangement of propeller with control capability.
