The method for preparing the composition for the topical treatment of the generalized periodontitis consists in grinding 0.125 g of Amison (half tablet) in the porcelain mortar until the homogenous powder. Then 2.5 mL of 1% Ethonium gel is added to the powder and the mixture is mixed mix thoroughly until the homogenous state. Then 0.3 g of Sillard P enterosorbent is added and the mixture is homogenized until the gel-like paste.
