<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish modeling technique of CC (Compact City) which is plan/design/evaluation technique which treats the CC and a CC effect effective to a wide object irrespective of a city/country. <P>SOLUTION: An object problem is analyzed into a CC area, the CC, a non-CC and each module. A structure filter 1 type which separates the object problem so that the CC and the non-CC may be compatible, a structure filter 2 type which attains change into three-dimension in two-dimensional constraint in the CC and aims at another purpose in the non-CC and a structure filter 3 type which makes use of hierarchization of the CC, the non-CC, etc. are used, modeling of the CC is allowed to the wide object by solving N+M problems and total optimization and raising functions of the structure filters, change into the CC, substitution for the CC, grasp of the CC effects are allowed and solution of the problems such as plan/design/evaluation is allowed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
