An analog/digital conversion device is provided with a jitter detecting circuit for detecting a quantity of jitter included in a sampling clock; and a jitter applying circuit for giving a delay quantity based on the detected jitter quantity to an analog signal to be analog/digital converted so that sampling phase shift is not generated in the analog/digital converter due to the jitter in the sampling clock.
