PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method capable of visualizing latent chemical property existing in the light with an electric field only. SOLUTION: It is necessary to pay attention to a rotation connecting an electric field with a magnetic field in order to maintain asymmetry in the electric field. The rotation unit is one rolling. This one rolling means symmetry and the half rolling means asymmetry. The coil is made by an integer and half-wound and the asymmetric electric field is able to be generated in the axial direction by putting a single-pole voltage.
