<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic measuring apparatus which facilitates the appointment of a prescribed domain in an image of the fundus oculi and enables the accurate measurement of the domain. <P>SOLUTION: An outer edge section 41a of an affected region 41 of the image of the fundus oculi is clicked so that an image is acquired which is binarized with the luminance value of the clicked point serving as the threshold value. When the affected region 41b is appointed out of the two or more binary images, only the domain 41c is selected and the periphery 41d of the domain is acquired. Also, the smallest circle 42 including the periphery is calculated and on the basis of the same, a spot diameter of a laser beam applied to the affected region is determined. In this kind of constitution, the domain having the higher luminance than the prescribed point appointed by a user can be extracted and the appointment or the specification of the domain of the affected region on the retina becomes easy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
