<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer keg management system which can record the number of times for treating the beer keg, a rubber packing, and storage temperature or the like, and can efficiently perform the quality management of the beer using the beer keg. <P>SOLUTION: In the beer keg management system, the management of the beer keg is performed by using an IC tag with a temperature sensor. The management system is equipped with the beer keg having the IC tag with a temperature sensor, and a reader/writer device. The IC tag with the temperature sensor has a sensor measuring the temperature, and a storage means which stores measurement temperature information measured by the sensor and the information of the number of times for treating carrying out each treatment in the treatment process for the beer keg. The reader/writer device has a reading means reading the measurement temperature information and the number of times for treating stored in the storage means of the IC tag with the temperature sensor, a writing means adding the number of times for treating of this time to the storage means and writing it, and a determination means determining whether or not the measurement temperature information and the information of the number of times for treating exceed a predetermined safety reference value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
