PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material employing a biodegradable resin, having stiffness and transparency, being resistant to breaking and excellent workability of thermal-fusion lamination. SOLUTION: A biodegradable sheet material is made of a resin composition containing 0.05-10 pts.wt. of a fatty acid amide in 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition based on 98-60 wt.% of a polylactic resin and 2-40 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester resin, with a combined weight of the polylactic resin and the aliphatic polyester resin of 100 wt.%.
