The present invention provides an assembly structure of knockdown furniture which can be assembled and disassembled. The assembly structure of the knockdown furniture includes at least two divided upper plates (10), support plates (20), and double dovetail keys (30). An insertion hole (11) is formed in a contact edge of each upper plate, and an inclined coupling seat (12), which extends from an end of the insertion hole, is formed in the lower surface of the upper plate such that it is not exposed outside. Coupling protrusions (21) are provided on an upper edge of each support plate (20). Each coupling protrusion has an inclined lower surface at an end thereof and is inserted into the associated coupling seat. Each double dovetail key is inserted into the insertion holes formed around the contact edges of the upper plates after the coupling protrusions are inserted into respective coupling seats, thus maintaining the coupling between the upper plates and the support plates.
