PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable sufficiently improving the response of a vehicle behavior during steering operation, and improving steering stability during vehicle rolling. SOLUTION: In this suspension device, front sides of a joint member 6 and a pair of trailing arms 4L. 4R are jointed around rotating shafts L1, L2 so as to be mutually rotated freely. The rotating shafts L1, L2 pass the joint points B1, B2 for the front side of the respective trailing arms 4L, 4R and a vehicle body side member 2 extended upward in a vehicle front/rear direction as it goes inside a vehicle cross direction, and extended rearward in the vehicle front/rear direction.
