摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronic device which can be manufactured in a high yield through a simple process even though incorporating a driving circuit. SOLUTION: In this optoelectronic device 100, a pixel part 13 including pixel electrodes and pixel switching elements conducting to the pixel electrodes and a second conduction part 201 conducting to the pixel part are prepared on the surface of a second substrate faced to a first substrate 10, and a first circuit 700 which is part of the driving circuit for driving the pixel part 13 and a first conduction part 105 conducting to the first circuit 700 are prepared on the surface of the first substrate 10 on the side faced to the second substrate 20. Then, the first conduction part 105 and the second conduction part 201 are electrically connected in an area where they are two-dimensionally superposed on each other, and thereby the first circuit 700 is electrically connected to the pixel part 13, while a semiconductor chip 600 including a second circuit 60 which is part of the remaining driving circuit part except the first circuit is mounted on the first substrate 10, and thereby the second circuit 600 is electrically connected to the pixel part 13.
