PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface of a banking structure and its construction method, superior in economic efficiency, and easy in construction, in the banking structure. SOLUTION: This wall surface of the banking structure is composed of a PC steel bar, a foundation body for fixing the PC steel bar, a support column having a through-port in the longitudinal direction, and a plate-like panel body having the plate thickness insertable into a recessed part of the support column; and is characterized in that the support column is formed in an H shape having the recessed part in the longitudinal direction of the support column, and a diameter of the through-port is formed larger than a diameter of the PC steel bar. The construction method of the wall surface of the banking structure is characterized in that the foundation body is constructed on the ground; a plurality of PC steel bars are erected and fixed at a predetermined interval on and to the foundation body; the support column is erected by inserting a through-hole into the PC steel bar; tensile force is added to the tip of the PC steel bar; prestress is applied to the support column; the support column is fixed to the foundation body; and a wall surface body is constituted between the support columns by inserting the panel body into the recessed part of the support column.
