PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a white shirt intended for taking in introduction of scarfs together so as to add coloring as identity in view of the fact that a means of a regulated open and healthy white shirt is newly offered so as to cooperate with no necktie style as an energy saving measurement which is officially achieved in the country, but a scene that everybody simply wears a white shirt with no necktie looks controlled and strange, set with tying tools to put a wearing state in a good order, having a singly widened collar to cover the whole area of the neck back to avoid ultraviolet, and easily restorable to an original double collar if necessary through folding the widened collar end to a lapel. SOLUTION: This white shirt is obtained by widening the collar of the white shirt to a single (1), setting a lapel (2) in contact with the neck (3), and attaching to the front rear of the white shirt, tying tools (5) to bind and fix the vicinity of both the ends of a scarf so as to stabilize a wearing state when hanging a scarf instead of a necktie.
