PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having caring functions and makeup functions for skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is obtained by including (1) boron nitride and (2) a polymer having a phosphorylcholine residue. The polymer having the phosphorylcholine residue is preferably Polyquaternium 51 and/or Polyquaternium 61. At least one kind of the polymer having the phosphorylcholine residue is contained in such a state as to be coated on powder. The average particle diameter of the boron nitride is preferably 3-10μm.
