UNLAWFULNESS PARKING AND NO STANDING CONTROL SYSTEM, AND METHOD THEREOF

An illegal parking/stopping control system and method are provided to automatically execute the serial control processes for controlling the position of a camera, taking a picture of vehicles, managing a control interval timer, and checking a number plate by clicking the position of the vehicle on a screen one time by a mouse when the vehicle having illegally parked or stopped is detected. An illegal parking/stopping control method includes steps of: logging in an illegal parking/stopping control system; selecting cameras assigned to each channel on a main screen(300) of the illegal parking/stopping control system and displaying images on each channel(350a~350d); selecting a parking/stopping control mode from one of the channels and then selecting a group control mode; selecting a vehicle having illegally parked or stopped from the channel by clicking; automatically photographing a number recognition picture and a control distant-view picture at first according to the clicking order; sending an automatic voice and a warning message to the corresponding vehicle; clicking the vehicle in the selected channel in a predetermined time after delivering the voice and warning message; automatically photographing a number recognition picture and a control distant-view picture for the second time according to the clicking order; and automatically issuing a parking ticket to the vehicle photographed two times, by comparing the number recognition pictures and the control distant-view pictures photographed for the first and second times.
