An ultrasonic skin treatment apparatus is provided to feed or remove the fixed quantity of medicines to/from a space of a treatment head in contact with the patient's skin and to prevent the leakage of the medicines. The ultrasonic skin treatment apparatus is composed of an ultrasonic wave generator(10) having a treatment head(12) gripped by the operator's hands to come into contact with the patient's skin and provided with a space(14) connected to an opening end portion(16) and an ultrasonic oscillator(20) installed on the treatment head to output ultrasonic wave; a medicine supply unit(30) feeding liquid medicine to the space of the treatment head; a medicine discharge unit(40) discharging the medicine from the space of the treatment head; and a control unit controlling the operations of the ultrasonic wave generator, the medicine supply unit, and the medicine discharge unit.
