PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the formation of a processing program in an NC working device comprising an NC machine tool which is connected to a personal computer creating a desired processing program and storing the program as a memory through an appropriate network. SOLUTION: The personal computer comprises an icon display area 21 for an operation icon symbolizing each specific operation of a part processing part, and a display screen of an operation procedure table area 22 displaying operation procedures and operation parameters of the part processing part as a table. A means creating the processing program by repeating the successive request display of a necessary parameter determined in an operation instructed by an icon selected in the icon display area 21 simultaneously with the display of the operation in a predetermined position (operation instruction frame 222) of the operation procedure table area and a successive input of the request item is incorporated in the personal computer.
