PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable pier, by providing a tunnel invert construction method and the movable pier suitably usable for the tunnel invert construction method, capable of passing a track traveling vehicle ahead of an invert construction part, in a rail construction method. SOLUTION: This movable pier 10 has a rail 200 for passing the vehicle to a vehicle passing part arranged on a base 100. The base 100 has a self-traveling carriage 310 for traveling on the base 100.
