PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production facility of white asparagus, easily harvesting it continuously. SOLUTION: This production facility having a light-shading part 5 and germinating the white asparagus in the light-shading part 5 is provided by being equipped with a plastic film green house (condition-maintaining part) VH for keeping the inside of the light-shading part in a prescribed growth condition, and also installing the light-shading part 5 in the green house VH and a penetrating hole 5W for standing stems to the outside from the light-shading part 5. Further, the light-shading part 5 is constituted by a frame F2 covering the white asparagus WA and a nonwoven fabric (light-shading member) 10 installed along the frame F2.
