The overall controller determines whether current day power generation data is larger than output prediction data based on the output prediction data and current day power generation data. If the power can be sold to the other customers, the power is transmitted. If the current day power generation data is smaller than the output prediction data, the customer information manager/controller can limit the quantity of the power used by the customers.
