<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for establishing an efficient system and appropriately dealing with a request from customers who want to use only green power by managing and controlling the demand and supply quantity of the green power. <P>SOLUTION: A green power controlling system is provided with a wind farm information manager/controller, a customer information manager/controller, and an overall controller for controlling the demand and supply quantity of the green power. The overall controller determines whether current day power generation data is larger than output prediction data based on the output prediction data and current day power generation data. If the power can be sold to the other customers, the power is transmitted. If the current day power generation data is smaller than the output prediction data, the customer information manager/controller can limit the quantity of the power used by the customers.
