A cylindrical stainless water tank is provided to prevent decomposition of water, dilute disinfecting chemicals effectively, have improved durability and be cleaner since the welded portion does not contact water directly. The cylindrical stainless water tank includes a water tank(1000), a water inlet pipe, an over water outlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a cleansing pipe, and at least one unit consisting of a first flange portion(210) and a second flange portion(110). The second flange portion(110) of the unit(100) is inserted in a flange groove(230) of a first flange portion(210) of other unit(200). The end portion(210) of the unit(200) is finished by being welded with the second flange portion(110) of the unit(100) adjacent thereto. The interface portion of inner periphery between the units(100,200) is finished by a coating agent(300), and the outer periphery is filled with built-in type heat insulator(500). A circular plate material(700) is attached to the outer periphery of the built-in type heat insulator(500).
