A water purifier with anti-bacteria system is provided to minimize propagation of bacteria to maintain a clean state of the cock. A water purifier with anti-bacteria system includes a water supply vessel(4), a supply pipe(14), a cock(6), and a bypass passage(20). The water supply vessel is mounted on a case. The supply pipe is connected to the water supply vessel to supply water, and has a pump for circulating the water. The cock is installed at an end of the supply pipe and has a discharge port for supplying the water. The bypass passage is connected between the cock and the water supply passage to circulate the water supplied to the cock using the pump.
