Combination (I) comprises a phosphodiesterase inhibitor 4 (PDE4) (A) and an antagonist of M3 muscarinic receptors (B) (3(R)-(2-hydroxy-2, 2-dithien-2-ylacetoxy)-1-(3-phenoxypropyl)-1-azoniabicyclo [2.2.2] octane), in the form of a salt having an anion X (anion of a mono or polyvalent acid). An independent claim is also included for a method of treating a patient suffering from or susceptible to a respiratory disease or condition which responds to M3 antagonism comprising simultaneous, concurrent, separate or sequential administration of (I). - ACTIVITY : Antiasthmatic; Respiratory-Gen.; Antiinflammatory. - MECHANISM OF ACTION : Phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitor; Muscarinic receptors antagonist; Leukotriene-D4 antagonist; Neurokinin-1- receptor antagonist; Epidermal growth factor receptor kinase inhibitor; Beta-2 agonist; p38 Kinase inhibitor.
