The clip (1) has an elastically deformable support head (9) and a stop flange ring (11) axially limiting the engagement of the clip in a clip carrier (3). A collar forming part extends between the head and the ring. The part has a central core and elastically deformable units (27) projecting radially from the core for taking support on an inner surface of a hole (43) of the carrier so that the clip is maintained on the carrier and radially displaces with respect to the axis (Z) of the hole. An independent claim is also included for an inner trim part of a motor vehicle.
