<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing cells, while improving the survival rate and proliferation rate of the cells, simplifying its processes for enabling the automatization of the processes easy, and also capable of housing a sufficient amount of medium in a container to inhibit the rise of pH. <P>SOLUTION: This method for culturing the cells is provided by storing the prescribed medium 2 in a container 3 having an upper part opening 3b and a bottom surface 3a, arranging granular biological tissue-supplementing materials 1 seeded with the cells in the medium 2 and while maintaining the inside of the container 3 under prescribed culturing conditions, reciprocatively swinging the container around an almost horizontal axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
