<p>The set for constructing a tibia-plateau endoprosthesis comprises a fixable base plate (1, 1~) with a resting surface (2, 2~) for tibia bones. The base plate has a ratchetable upper section in which slide tracks are formed, as well as a connector (3, 3~) with a continuous inner thread (4, 4~). Each connector has a stake screw (5, 5~) that is screwable in the inner thread. The stake screw has a pointed distal end (6, 6~). Between the proximal set threaded section (8, 8~) and the pointed distal end is a section (7, 7~) that enables bedding-in of bone material. The section of the stake screw that enables bedding-in of bone material may be built as a hollow shaft and comprise an open mesh-like network. The base plate may have, on the femur side, receiver structures (9, 9~) for mechanical clamping of the upper section.</p> |
