<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance guide preventing adhesion of moisture on sheet caused by steam evaporating from the sheet for a long period of time, a fixing device provided with the conveyance guide, and an image forming device provided with the fixing device. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming device provided with an electrophotograph photoreceptor 10, a charging means 12, an exposing means 14, a developing means 16, a cleaning device 20, and a fixing device 22, the conveyance guide 24 which consists of an upper guide 24A and a lower guide 24B is provided at a conveyance outlet of the fixing device 22 which consists of a heating roll 22a and a pressurizing roll 22b. A water absorbing layer 28 making water contact angle zero within 10 second after adhering water drop on a conveyance surface of a guide base material 26 is provided on a lower guide 24B contacting, guiding and conveying the record medium P.
