PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve heat exchanging performance in a heat exchanger with a plurality of cores disposed in an external fluid flow direction so that an internal fluid and an external fluid form counterflow. SOLUTION: A radiator 20 comprises a communicating passage 25A allowing the inside of a second head tank 242 on the terminal side of a first core 21 downstream of cooling air to communicate with the inside of a third head tank 233 on the starting edge side of a second core 22 upstream of the cooling air.
