PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure for a top panel and the legs of table that achieves preventing wrapping from being voluminous by reducing projected sections in case of knocking down, and achieves easy and secure assembly even by non-experts. SOLUTION: The connecting structure connects the top panel 2 and legs 5 through a connecting structure section installed between a horizontal beam member that is installed on the top panel and the leg frames 4 that are installed on the legs 5. The connecting structure is provided with a connecting member 9 whose one end is inserted into the side opening of the horizontal beam member and which locks the other end on the leg frame 4 and a connecting member 8 that is inserted from the upper opening of the horizontal beam member to lock one end of the connecting member 9. Each connecting member 8, 9 is connected on penetrating holes 35, 41 from the upper opening of the horizontal beam member through setting bolts 53 and the one end of the connecting member 9 and the penetrating holes 35 that penetrate the connecting member 8 are connected on the top panel 2 side from the lower panel side of the horizontal beam member through a stalling bolt 55.
